The basic workflow

Configure a provider

Add the model endpoint and credentials that LStack workers will use.

Create a worker

Create an execution unit from the provider and confirm that it becomes available.

Create a project

Connect LStack to a project workspace on your computer and configure worker access.

Create and run a ticket

Add work to the board, route it to an eligible worker, and follow execution from the dashboard.

Local-first by default

The installed dashboard is available only from the computer running LStack unless you turn on LAN access. Docker is required for workers and container-backed project runtimes, but the dashboard, board, settings, and local data remain available without Docker.
